The core method that seems to have a better track record of actually working in the long run is the memory technique that requires you to use your imagination.</p>
<p> If you try to remember something abstract and of very little significance to you then you may remember short term but not long term.</p>
<p> If you take something and place meaning behind that item then you can have greater possibility of recall later. We find this process of how to increase memory to be one of the easiest methods to use with greater effectiveness.</p>
<p> If you had a list of 10 items that you need to remember for future recall then you could take each number that each item corresponds to as in a list of 1 through 10 and just change the number to something other then a number. What do you mean?</p>

<p> 2= Noah</p>
<p> 3= mom</p>
<p> Etc&#8230;</p>
<p> If the item you need to remember next to one is rocket then you could see one as being a tack and that tack is keeping the rocket from launching as the tack is attached to the rocket and keeping it grounded.</p>
<p> If number 2 item is fish then you could see Noah eating a fish and in this way you can bring back the items from memory because now these items are attached to something of interest or a step by step process that you can see through imagination.</p>
<p> I hope that you understand the process and how using your mind in a different and unique way can allow you to remember 10 items or 100 items. Just put a meaning behind the number and create that funny or unique picture in your mind as it relates to the item in question.</p>
